As you can see, there are definitely some holes to fill. Though this car came from a hot southern state in the US, they do still get rain! It seems that quite often these cars when stored outside will eventually leak rain into the interior, and water will pool in the bottom of the floor, so they tend to rot out in very specific places. Whether it’s a result of that or simply being old and stored somewhere with lots of moisture, these floors got a bit worn out. In addition to the rust holes in the floor, there were some holes in the firewall that were no longer needed, so we filled those as well.
