Porsche 911 – Dakar Remodel
Imagine you bought yourself a new Porsche 911, but you couldn’t get it from the factory with the exact spec you wanted. What then? The answer is obvious of course: just remodel it yourself!
The majority of the parts that make a Dakar 911 unique are actually available to purchase from Porsche themselves. That being said, there is still a fair bit of custom fabrication required to get the job done, and we added a bit of our own custom flair to this one as well.
Rather than going with the full off-road suspension, we opted to design our own lift kit. That, along with a custom skid plate and custom “brush bar” makes for a good little bit of metal fabrication work! Without any further ado, let’s get to the build gallery!
